Moiola PTA Rewards Program
What's this about?
Various local merchants have a program where for every purchase you make, a percentage of that sale goes to a school of your choice. Some larger merchants even offer additional programs where school supplies can be donated to a designated beneficiary school! Each program has different requirements some of which will be explained below.

Do you shop at Ralphs and have a club card? Every time you use your club card, 4% on all monthly purchases, per enrolled card, up to $500 will be paid to the Moiola PTA each quarter. 5% (BONUS LEVEL) - on all monthly purchases, per enrolled card, over $500 will be paid to the Moiola PTA each quarter as well!
You can register your club card here or fill out this form and have your child return it to his/her teacher to participate in this program. It's that simple!

- Enter your name, address and your Ralphs Club Card Number (found in the back of your club card)
